Not able to access WHM after fresh installation

    Sanjay, I guess it could be a port block either on your local ISP provider side or within Alibaba side. I believe Alibaba cloud service has their own firewall (same as AWS), where you may have to open the cPanel service ports (2086,2087,2082,2083,2095,2096) to access the WHM/cPanel/webmail running on their network. I'm not sure about it, but its worth checking it. :confused: If you are familiar with command line, then also try telnet or nc command from your local machine to see if the ports are reachable out there.

    Greeting to all, I am new to the forum, but old user of WHM/cPanel. This is the first time facing the issue due to some setting not sure where, here are the details below: [COLOR=rgb(40, 50, 78)]1. We have DNS registered at HostGator and created a subdomain of under it vps. and it's A entry forwarded to Alibaba VPS server. 2. On Alibaba server we have installed WHM/cPanel successfully; as the default page loads if we browse thru vps. or/and The issue: We are not able to access WHM: either thru vps.:2087 or :2087 Looking forward for some suggestion on same; as HostGator Support team saying and we agree with them as the forwarding is working fine, and Alibaba team is saying as it's managed VPS on
