Backup Transport Error Notification error

I have started receiving email notification saying: Error pruning "vps/2019-07-26" from "vps": ssh slave failed: timed out The system could not prune the "backup/2019-07-26" directory due to an error. Read the go.cpanel.net/directorypruning documentation for solutions to successfully prune the directory.
Investigating I see that the directory has in fact been removed from the backup VPS. [root@105955 vps]# ls 2019-07-27 2019-07-29 2019-07-31 2019-08-02 2019-07-28 2019-07-30 2019-08-01
Does it run a final check to see if the directory still exists?

  Same thing today, report says it could not prune, but on checking the directory is removed.

  Have you reviewed the docs mentioned in the message?

  I have, does not really help though in this case. I could see if the folder was still there when I received the message then I would try to figure out if it was taking to long etc.

  Please feel free to open a ticket to cPanel Technical Support and permit them to take a closer look at this for you.
