Hostname does not open the site

Hostname not open the site that show only hostname.mysite.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
Default Web Site Page. Please let me know that how to fix this problem?

  Hello @Nirjonadda, It's by design the server's hostname does not open a custom website. It's not intended for use the same way a domain is hosted under an individual cPanel account. You can read more information about the hostname requirements at:
