cPanel Wordpress manager discovery scan failing

Hi, so iv recently migrated to a new VPS server and am trying to get the Wordpress manager to discover the WordPress sites. It has discovered 2 out of 5. The other 3 all get the same error : " The batch response did not contain the Administrator Information. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/WordPress/YamlBuilder.pm line 305.
