Setting up DKIM & SPF issues
Hello folks, moved my forum recently to OVH dedicated server and have been having issues with some emails not being delivered.
when looked at cPanel deliverability, i see errors on both, DKIM and SPF
my server is on it's own IP with no Domain attached to it.
and forum is on separate dedicated IP
I am also using CloudFlare for domain for the forum.
so in conclusion, WHM showing DKIM and SPF errors and when I login into the Cpanel for the forum, DKIM showing error, SPF is valid and HELO is pointing to the server IP (not forum IP), PTR is valid, but again, pointing to server IP.
very confusing..... hope someone can help.

This is likely a contributing factor to your confusion. Without knowing your server's configuration, this will be tough to diagnose. Can you provide some deeper insight on the DNS/MX/ETC configuration and the types of errors you are receiving?0 -
