Wordpress installation Issue

Dear sir after wordpress installation when i access my website this is showing website under constriction so please solve my issue.

  You'll probably have better luck troubleshooting this if you post on the File Manager and browse to the folder where you installed WordPress, you can temporarily rename any "index.html" or "index.htm" files you find, leaving the index.php and see if that fixes it.

  Additionally, your provider may be creating this "Under Construction" page and if you're unable to identify it you may want to contact your hosting provider for further assistance/information. Thanks!
