Outbond Mail Failed PTR Problem

The problem is failing to send an email, I searched for a solution on google and I found something was wrong, I found this description The system sends "domain.com""s outgoing email from the "xx.xx.xx.xx" IP address. The only PTR value for this IP address must be "server.domain.com". This is the name that this server sends with SMTP"s "HELO" command to send "domain.com""s outgoing email. 1 unexpected PTR value exists for this IP address: domain.com To fix this problem, contact your system administrator and request that they replace all PTR records for "xx.xx.xx.xx.in-addr.arpa" with the following record at "ns1.provider.web.id" and "ns2.provider.web.id": Suggested "PTR" (PTR) Record PTR What should I do ? can I change the PTR settings myself or should I contact the provider? ;) bad english
