    It is the EDGE tier. There was a mention of this on the EDGE users list today and a case opened for the issue: CPANEL-28858 Thanks for the post.

    I have the same issue too.     Hi @natenate19, After running upcp, You can remove the "letsencrypt-cpanel" and check by reinstalling the same with below repo. yum remove letsencrypt-cpanel cd /etc/yum.repos.d/ && wget
