    Maybe client downloaded them using any mail client configured with POP3.... Have you asked him?

    yes the client is using only IMAP and POP is disabled on our server more than 8000 email disparate.

    I'd suggest opening a ticket, this would require looking through logs and the configuration of the system. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!
