Error unpacking rpm package upstart
Hi:
I have been getting this error when it attempts to update:
[2019-08-20 00:11:50 -0700] E [/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rpmup] The "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rpmup" command (process 29261) reported error number 1 when it ended.
I ran '/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rpmup' this command, and this is what it reveals

upstart-0.6.5-13.el6_5.3.x86_64 was supposed to be removed but is not!
