NS record for all domains
Hello
A few weeks ago I have switched to DNS cluster;
I have a private DNS for each server for example
Server 1 : ns1.myserver-dns.com ns2.myserver-dns.com
Server 2 : ns3.myserver-dns.com ns4.myserver-dns.com
Server 3 : ns5.myserver-dns.com ns6.myserver-dns.com
...
Above DNS useful for our reseller services who intend to use our private DNS ;
My main DNS for all server is ns1.mycompanydomain.com ns2.mycompanydomain.com ( Clustered )
Now I have a question about DNS zones in the cluster.
A) which NS record and SOA NS record is better to use in all zones
B) How can I bulk change above records in all zones without any problem?
Thanks

Hello Would you please update me for the above question? Thanks 0 -
Hello :) A) which NS record and SOA NS record is better to use in all zones
The default NS and SOA records generated at account-creation time is recommended unless the information stored in the zone file has changed since the time the account was created. You can read about each record type on the link below: In the meantime, there are some potential workarounds on the thread below:0 -
The default NS and SOA records generated at account-creation time is recommended unless the information stored in the zone file has changed since the time the account was created. It means we should use ns record we assigned to each server ? Why we shouldn't use DNS clustered we defined before ? Thansk 0 -
Hello :) Generally, you should not have to make any changes to the NS or SOA records in your DNS zones upon the initial setup of a DNS cluster. Can you share some more information about what concerns you about those records? Thanks! 0
