Emails not going through SMTP Relay on EXIM

    That is likely the public facing ip and name of the mail router that they have set up. It's not surprising it's different than what your setting is. Given the quantity of hosting accounts and servers they sell it's also not a surprise that their email relay ips are blacklisted. You should probably consider getting your own smtp relay service that provides better service. There are many though our preferred one is mailchannels.

    Yes they have currently 4 IP addresses blacklisted since 1 week, when I called them they told me to support myself because they need 2 months to whitelist those IPs. I'm looking for mailchannels. I didn't know those services exist, but I prefer to get some official advice from cPanel moderator. The funny part is when they throw the blame on me while my SMTP relay usage didn't exceeded 500 per day, according to Godaddy monitoring tools. Thanks :)

    The IP address 188.121.43.202 is very clearly the culprit from the response that you were sent, though checking it against common RBL's currently does not produce a result for me currently.

    Hi, You mean the IP is not blacklisted ? or it is ? I used MXToolbox to check on the IP. The result is blaklisted on 2 ports :
    • BACKSCATTERER
    • IBM DNS Blacklist
    Is there a way to avoid this relay ?

    I used mxtoolbox and multi-rbl-check both of which came up with nothing. I can't speak for whether or not you can avoid using it, that's something your provider needs to address. They may have rules and requirements that you use their mail relay.
