Hello, Is anything noted in the cPanel error log when you visit this page and it's blank? You can find the error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

I run the command on whm > terminal and on putty, but it says permission denied.

@psytanium I didn't give you a command to run, just a location. If you're looking for a specific command to run, you'd go to the mail statistics summary page in your browser then run the following on the command line: tail -100 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
you can change the number there to suit your needs

I didn't find anything related in the log file, i opened the "View Mail Statistics Summary" then run again the command, but nothing new. Here is a screenshot of the "View Mail Statistics Summary" page: Imgur

Hello, I've checked in on this issue and it appears that there was a file called /var/log/exim/mainlog which was created manually but empty and Mail Statistics/Eximstats was reading this instead of the proper file. Once the custom file was removed the issue was resolved. The analyst created an improvement case CPANEL-29078 for this and you can follow our changelogs for updates to the case.
