Wordpress manager "+New Site" button missing

Hello, It seems that I cannot make the +New Site button show in my cPanel Wordpress Manager. What should I check for in WHM to make it work? Thanks, Jean B

  Hello @Jean Boudreau This happens when the account does not have the Wordpress (cPanel) feature selected in their feature list associated with their package. You can modify this if you have root access to the server by going to WHM>>Packages>>Feature Manager -> Select the feature list associated with the account -> enable/select Wordpress (cPanel) and select save.

  You also need to have the "Site Software" feature enabled in Feature Manager.

  Hello, The way I was able to fix the missing "+ New Site " was to enable Wordpress at the following page in WHM as everything was already setup as it should. WHM > cPanel > Install cPaddons Site Software I then selected the Installed check box next to Wordpress and then press " Update cPAddon Config " So it"s working now! thanks,
