Forward mail missing

Hi, The adm@poloexample.com.br email account should forward messages to comercial@poloexample.com.br We created the cPanel forwarding, and it is shown correctly in the file /etc/valiases/poloexample.com.br but after some time that has no default, the forwarding disappears. I found this in the log and did not understand the relationship of the pierroexample.com.br domain in this log. Can you explain to me how the pierroexample.com.br domain (this is on the same server, but belongs to another client) can remove email account forwarding on domain poloexample.com Thanks

    Hello, Thank you for that, so the proxy user isn't a reseller and it doesn't have access to the pierr945 user which was what I wanted to find out. What is the output of the following? grep DNS /var/cpanel/users/proxy
    /scripts/whoowns pierroexample.com.br
    (replace example with the actual domain name when you run this)
