I'm working on cPanel documentation and I'm trying to get my head around the Send all unrouted email for the following domain option on the Email > Default Address interface. The

  Hello, This is correct:

  • By default emails for any domain are bounced.

  
  This is incorrect:

  Users can choose a different option for one (and only one) of their domains.

  
  To select an action for a different domain you would just use the dropdown to select the addon or subdomain and then select what you want done for unrouted mail.

  Thanks, you're right. To test this I entered a different forwarding email address for two domains, and that does indeed work.
