Set inod limitations for cPanel accounts?

I like to know is its possible to set these limitations anywhere. All I find is how to deal with them. But I do see some Hosting providers clearly say account has 250,000 or 500,000 inods. So them are setting these limits somehow.

  That is possible with CloudLinux with it's LVE Manager.

  Perfect, thats what I was looking for. Apparently limiting INOD's is one of the ways hosting's manage to market unlimited with limits !

  This isn't possible for cPanel specifically but as mentioned by @quietFinn it's a limitation available through CloudLinux
