Upgrading to Latest Version from v58

Hello we bought a vps with cpanel recently. We tring to upgrade cpanel to last version. However is stuck for about 2 hours in 95%. What coud be? Should i restore my server to the defaults or reboot? If close this process or refresh the window, will corrupt my server? thanks

  I suggest you go to WHM -> cPanel -> Upgrade to Latest Version, that does not stop the upgrade process if it's still going. If the process is still going you will get the view of the upgrade process, if the process has ended you get the "Click to Upgrade" button.
