Exim exclude external domains from smarthost

Hello, I have configured my cPanel server to send all mail to Amazone SES. Unfortunately, mails which have sender from external domains cannot be sent as the SES blocks them all. Which is also what I want. Now, I want to exclude all external domains from smarthost and send their mail locally. Any help ? Thank you in advance.
