support ticket e-mail not working

Hello, I have 3 server with Cpanel and when I go to change password or make a support ticket its not working. I need help and cant at this stage raise a ticket in WHM Everytime it tells that my password is wrong and I'm redirected to page to try again. When I press the reset password as well plus I dont get that mail either Any help please Michael

  Hello :) Can you email a support request to csATcpanel.net directly and explain the issue? Our Customer Service department can then direct your request over to Technical Support. Thank you.

  I have set up ticket in ssh [Moderator Note: The specific ticket information was removed from this line of the post] so I need to set up my new password for my e-mail address so I can make support ticket Michael
