Where to get YOUR_HOST_API_KEY and YOUR_COMPANY_NAME I am on WHM/Cpanel VPS trial lisence now.

  Hello, You need to contact CloudFlare to become a partner in order to offer their plugin to your customers. You can do this at Cloudflare"s Partner Program | Cloudflare Hope that helps! :)
