SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT

When I send email to this email address, I receive (Mail delivery failed) with the following error Any suggestions?

  Is this only occurring withe the one specific address? This appears to be an issue with the address/account not accepting mail from outside senders.

  @ImperialTrader I found this: Recipient address rejected: Access denied - when external user sending to dynamic distribution group which seems to back that theory up.
