@vacancy Kernel version is 3.10.0-1062.1.1.el7.x86_64 kcarectl --update says: No updates are needed for this kernel. Kernel is safe. So, this is a Security Advisor bug?

Hi, I think that is merely a message and not checking in the background whether that module is present or not because same thing I have found in one of our clients server where Kernelcare has been installed and yet there is a warning message which asks to purchase Kernelcare and just out of the curiosity when I clicked on it, it took me to the cPanel portal. After viewing this, I think the notification will go if kernelCare is purchased via cPanel portal, just a guess. - Removed -

We actually have an open internal case for this CPANEL-27176 - Security Advisor recommends purchasing a license for Kernel Care when the server is running a kernel without any available patches. When KernelCare is installed and up to date the intended behavior is NOT to recommend it again. We'll update this thread with any new information on the internal case as soon as it becomes available.
