How can I divide RAM per cPanel user?

I have more than 10 GB RAM on my VPS. How can I divided this memory all of my cPanel account? I would like to divided 1 GB RAM per cPanel. Is it possible?

  With CloudLinux you can limit how much memory each cPanel account can use.

  You can't allot usage like this without CloudLinux - even with CloudLinux, the accounts don't get a set amount of RAM they get a usable amount, meaning that they cannot use more that 1GB of ram for example.
