What happens when I don't renew my license?

I created this topic a few days back and can not find it now. So i am asking again. What are fellow cpanel users experience and what staff think about this? cPanel unfriendly behavior is rising in my opinion: - Penalty for re-purchasing license in case i do not uninstall the software from the server before due date. (i pay for whole month just because i let the software installed for a day or a few without having active license) - recent significant rise of license prices without me receiving any notification one month before it is in effect I am wondering if cPanel will sue me for not uninstalling their software from the server after i not renew the license? What are conditions for this? Thank you
