Unable to start EasyApache4 Lesson in cPanel University

Hello! I have been taking the cPanel University courses off and on, and have completed a few courses bu have had to bypass the Easy Apache section because it will not start the course. I click on it and it loads the interface, but the usual play button in the center that begins the course never displays so I only have the interface that surrounds the expected course and nothing notable from a troubleshooting standpoint. I've attempted several browsers both standard and private, and computers in different networks and it's the only one that appears to have the issue so far. I've bypassed and half completed the Supplementary Courses section, so I'd appreciate any feedback or a more appropriate location where I may request assistance to identify a potential cause.   Is this the proper location to ask this? Is there a more appropriate location? This hasn't received a response and I've had another friend attempt and they too seem to have a similar issue. Does anyone have any feedback or is there an email to reach out to?
