  If You Need To Apply For All Users: In WHM, under Tweak Settings, there is a setting for "The maximum file size in MB allowed for upload through cPanel File manager. Else, Change User Package quota

  I have same problem (transfer limited to 4,51GB). But cannot find this option in Tweak Settings. Have it changed its name or location?
