High load at a specific time?

Hello, I'm facing a High Load every day between 23h and 07h (see attached file), but I can't detect the source or process that causes How I can Troubleshoot this High load? Thanks

  Looks like a backup time. Do you have other stats graphs? Disk IO, traffic, Apache access count? Load of 50 - that is quite insane and most likely indicates extreamly slow backup filesystem.

  You can change the Backup cron job from here: WebHost Manager "Server Configuration "Configure cPanel Cron Jobs Or disable Backups temporarily, here: WebHost Manager "Backup "Backup Configuration

  But you should know, what you are doing - leaving server with no backup is dangerous.
