Very Basic cPanel Questions

I am a relatively new user to cPanel. I'm looking for a forum where I can pose VERY basic questions about cPanel. Is there one? If not here, perhaps another resource like a Yahoo or Facebook group. My preference would be to fine a forum within forums.cpanel. Can anyone direct me please. Thanks in advance for your help. Bill Bevington
