Smart Host with single domain

I have several domains(accounts) on the cpanel server. Is there a way to setup a smart host for only one of the domains on the server? Need ability to setup smart host to fusemail or vipre email filtering service to filter the outbound emails. The smart host need to send securely with TLS. I have seen this done with Office 365 exchange email, but need to do it with Cpanel email. Thanks Paul
