Email Form PHP Deprecated Methods with the same name error

I own two websites hosted on cPanel via Godaddy. They are regular HTML sites. My form passed by form-to-email.php was working just fine, and then last week (Sept 22, 2019) it stopped working, just like that. I discovered that when clients started complaining about receiving errors. I checked and received fine. However, at one point I received this error: PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP. I have no idea why I am receiving this, and the form does not work. Is there a solution? My level of knowledge is just basic. This is the PHP file. Please, help: - Removed - Would there be a problem in my Validator?
