[CPANEL-29818] All cluster connections have failed
We have three DNS Only servers and four WHM servers in a DNS cluster. This morning all of them are reporting that they cannot connect to each other. I have tried setting up the links again but just get the error "Unknown API Error when attempting to contact the remote system".
I find it very odd that all of them started doing this at the same time. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this and find the cause?

The ticket ID is 13504817 I've tried re-adding one of the DNSonly servers with a new apikey and got a success message but this has removed it from the cluster in whm. Currently unable to edit DNS unless I manually update the zones on the individual DNSonly servers which is not ideal! 0 -
For anyone else having this issue it has been confirmed as an issue when logging in as a re-seller account with a DNS cluster in Version 84. (Our host manages root logins from there own system so don't provide root WHM access) the internal cpanel case is: ============================== [CPANEL-29818] - Resellers and reseller owned accounts are unable to interact with dnsadmin on a clustered server in version 84 ============================== When it is marked as done and the fix is released, you will be able to see it noted here: 0 -
