  Hello @Javjar I have a case open for this behavior CPANEL-29688 where Email Deliverability is incorrectly reporting issues with PTR records when users are utilizing 3rd party DNS. The issue needs reproduction though, would it be possible for you to open a ticket with us? If you do please update this thread with the ticket ID.
