Is there a specific reason you're looking to do this for the www. portion? Because of the way this is aliased there is no www. subdomain of webmail.domain.tld created

Thank you for your attention and sorry to bother with this nonsense thread. The reason was just in case some users, in one particular domain we have, introduced incorrectly the URL like this: www. webmail.domain.tld instead of correctly like this: webmail.domain.tld However, some users are already accessing the emails using just: webmail.domain.tld and so far nobody complained. So, please consider this thread as solved or delete it because now we consider there is no reason to make this change.

It's a valid question, but in most cases people won't add the www on a subdomain. If you do find an instance in which you find this is something you would like or need please feel free to let us know and we'll look into it again.

Yes, if the need arises, I'll do it. Thank you
