the default create email account

Hello, when sending an email from the default create account on a cpanel, it uses the hostname of my machine as the domain instead of the domain associated with that account. He then uses an email address of this type: cp5555@webxxx.mydomain.com instead of cp5555@mydomain.com if the user cp5555 is linked to the domain mydomain.com do you know how to change that?

  Can't change it as far as I know. The key here is to not use cPanel usernames that you want to use for email addresses.

  Hello, on another cpanel, sending mail from the default email account is done using the domain and not the hostname of the server / cpanel I do not find how to change that

  You can try creating an actual email account user@domain.com. Not sure if that works currently or not. Eaisest thing to do is to not make an account with a username that would be used for email.

  This can't be changed, this is the default email account for the cPanel account, You can create an account that is user@domain.tld though
