Smart-Host for a single domain among many in WHM

Hi I have 10 different domains on my WHM (D1, D2,D3 ... D10), all are working fine, sending and receiving email as well. I need to configure only one domain (say D1) to use a smart-host to send its mail (as shown in the figure below) while the other domains should continue to send and receive their emails from my machine itself. Is it possible to configure the smart-host section in WHM on a per-domain basis? or the setting for the smart-host will route the email for all the 10 domains via the relay-server?
