Accessing cpanel form WHM with default feature

Hello All, I'm Currently installing WHM for my company where I have to define features with limited access to file manager and database. I'm able to do that and that are working properly but i'm get stuck when I have to change anything other than file and DB. Let me explain, when I need to add subdomain or need to add email account I have to make that cpanel account with default/full feature. Can any one help me how can I change things without enabling default feature from WHM. Details may be useful: WHM version: v82.0.16 OS: CENTOS 7.7 Hosted on AWS EC2 instance Thank in advance Shekhar
