/var/www/html/ is reading by hacker?

hi. i have many of these error on var/log/apache/error_log [client redacted] File does not exist: /var/www/html/x.php
AND client redacted] File does not exist: /home/myuser/public_html/sql.php
this is mean first directory could be read by that ip??? cuz website are located in different directory. is my SERVER hacked by someone?
