Validation for transport “FTP Server Backup” failed: Could not open

I'm trying to set up Additional Destinations to backup all my cpanel accounts to my FTP Server. However i'm getting the following error the moment I click on the VALIDATE button. In addition I'm not seeing any connection attempts to the FTP server yet, so I'm assuming this is crashing during a preliminary phase. Can anyone advise whats going on? Validation for transport "FTP Server Backup" failed: Could not open "/var/cpanel/backups/tmp.test.1234-123456789.copy" after downloading it. [backup_destination_validate] version [1].

  Hi @ultramoo Thanks! I checked in on that ticket and it looks like the issue was resolved by changing the backup transport type to "FTP" or "SFTP" as opposed to custom.
