    Hello, Are you receiving an error in the mail queue manager that indicates why mail isn't being sent? The the most effective assistance I'd recommend checking this thread out

    Hello Lauren, I am also facing same issue, Unable to send emails to external mail server, Incoming mails are working fine , Outgoing to the same server are working fine . but its not working when I am trying to send it to any external mail server : Please find attached the error message I am getting from Mail queue manager : Connecting to aspmx.l.google.com [74.125.20.26]:25 ... failed: Connection timed out (timeout=5m) LOG: MAIN H=aspmx.l.google.com [74.125.20.26] Connection timed out Connecting to alt2.aspmx.l.google.com [172.253.112.26]:25 ... failed: Connection timed out (timeout=5m) LOG: MAIN H=alt2.aspmx.l.google.com [172.253.112.26] Connection timed out

    You're failing to connect to remote mailservers in this output, it's specifically google. Before troubleshooting any further I'd suggest reading and ensuring that you're implementing the following: How to Keep Your Email Out of the Spam Folder | cPanel & WHM Documentation While it notes keep your email out of the spam folder, this is also relevant with many providers now for a case where your connection fails, especially in the instance you do not have a PTR record in place.
