How to Clean mailing list

I bought a Reseller Hosting from I have few user who are using mailing list. The issue is that their mailing list archive file is now so huge and occupied all my VPS space. How can I clean these files from WHM or Cpanel? Is there a way to prevent archive file and auto delete it after a certain size for all cpanel account.
