MySQL Offline

I would like to get some help with configuring my cPanel. When I try to create a database using MySQL" Databases, I get the following error message, how do I fix this? Please see attached screenshot. The MySQL server is currently offline.   Use the WHM option to reset the MySQL root password, that should fix it.
