email port 25 issue

Hello; Cpanel installed on our server server, but can not send or receive mail. port 25 is open on the modem, but it is closed. telnet google.com 25 When I apply the command gives error in the image can you help.

  You say in your post modem. It sounds ike you are running this behind a regular ISP. If that is the case its very possible your ISP is blocking port 25. The problem in your screen shot is that its trying to go to a ipv6 IP and perhaps you are not using IPv6 on your server. A better test would be telnet aspmx.l.google.com 25 which would give you Trying 108.177.8.27... Connected to aspmx.l.google.com. Escape character is '^]'. 220 mx.google.com ESMTP c24si1789073otr.277 - gsmtp

  Actually no one can connect to google.com on 25 - also it does attempt to connect over the IPv4 IP first. The best bet would be to attempt to connect to one of the mail servers as @GOT did
