6:04:12 AM AutoSSL"s configured provider is "cPanel (powered by Sectigo)".
This AutoSSL provider does not poll for certificate availability immediately after a certificate request submission. Instead, it submits certificate requests then periodically polls the cPanel Store for each requested certificate and installs it after a successful retrieval. The system will record all requests, retrievals, and installations for the current AutoSSL run in this log.

Hello, I can see the certificate pending, unfortunately, it looks like there may be an issue with it. I'd suggest opening a ticket if you've not done so already. Once you do please update this thread with the ticket ID so we can follow up here with the resolution. Thanks! 0 -
There doesn't appear to be a way to cancel an AutoSSL request. This is most likely due to the fact that AutoSSL requests get sent to be processed by the cPanel Store; who in turn has to wait on Comodo to issue the certificate. If it's still pending, then it's entirely possible that they are behind on the processing as there is a queue based system that is used and from what I've read from cPanel threads; this can affect how long it takes for a pending certificate to be issued. Have you ran a check against the users that are still pending? It's possible that this would nudge the process, and if not; provide a log of what it's doing.
