php-sybase with PHP 7.3

I have a customer which in his previous hosting solution he was using PHP 5.6 with the php-sybase extension to connect to a Microsoft SQL Server database. Now, in our hosting, he asked for PHP 7.3, but in EasyApache4 there's not PHP 7.3 extension for sybase / mssql. First thing I wanna ask, is there any official way to support mssql / sybase in cPanel with PHP 7.3? I've found some posts here but they are all for PHP 5.6. Second question, is there any unofficial way that works for EasyApache4? I found some tutorials on the internet and they all are for previous versions of EasyApache (before 4), so whenever I try to complete them, there's a step where things have changed and I can't go on. Or, it can be even a manual solution, like manually putting the .so file in the server and editing php.ini, anything that works will help. My customer also said that php-sybase is STILL compatible with PHP 7.3, because it's available in Ubuntu repository and he can use it. Any help will be appreciated, because we have a deadline to meet.

  Hello, While it is available for debian it's not for CentOS - per the php documentation is the following as well:

  We could solve this by installing sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv with PECL, like this: [CODE=bash]/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/pecl install sqlsrv
  He had to make some changes in the connection string, following this example:
