None of the account subdomains are transferring over

I'm doing a massive transfer from one WHm ot another to downgrade our EBS size. Using the Tranfser Tool from one EC2 to another (both AWS with EBS machines) Origin machine: AMAZON 2018.03 kvm v82.0.17 New machine: CENTOS 7.7 kvm v82.0.17 Hooked up via SSH Key on transfer tool. Everything (files, DNS settings, FTP accounts, MySQL) all move over very quickly - less than 1 hour for 100G, 290 accounts. However - MOST if not ALL of the add-on (parked?) domains are failing. MOST, if not ALL of these add-on domains basically forward back to the primary domain (multiple URLs for one website, forwarded 301). These add-on domains were ALL created from within cPanel, so through the GUI, never manually. Subdomains are fine - they worked. Check this out - cannot write the .htaccess, according to the logs. I'm totally perplexed. this is the first few - but there are dozens of others.
