User could not be added to the database. The request failed. (Error ID 2hdh4c)

Hi, I just delete my database (I already back up) because it was hacked and I also want to redesign the whole website. However, when I create a new database (the same name as the last one) and add a user to it, it said: "User could not be added to the database. The request failed. (Error ID 2hdh4c)". The user that I created has the same database username and database password. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hello, Did you delete the database and the user or just the database? If you didn't delete the original user you wouldn't be able to add a second one with the same name. It's also possible that there was an error with the original removal of the user/database and in that case you would need to contact your provider for assistance as they'd have the access to manage it.

  @vicbrain you would need to bring this up to your hosting provider to work with you on resolving.
