Help With File Integrity Monitoring on cPanel

To protect against formjacking and other security risks I would like to monitor certain folders / files on my cPanel server. Is there any preferred software that can do this, or can CSF / LFD be configured to monitor specified directories and / or files? After a cPanel version update I see the email message "System Integrity has detected modified file(s)". How can I set up specific folders or files to be included in this file monitoring service? Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

In CSF configuration in Directory Watching & Integrity -> LF_DIRWATCH_FILE :

This option allows you to have lfd watch a particular file or directory for
changes and should they change and email alert using watchalert.txt is sent

To enable this feature set the following to the checking interval in seconds
(a value of 60 would seem sensible) and add your entries to csf.dirwatch

There are some other ways to do this as well which are discussed here: But if you've got CSF, the Directory Watching feature they have would be the easiest to configure.
