Box Trapper wild cards

I am getting a ton of spam with each containing specific characters before the @ but each with a different faked domain name. These are the ones claiming to have compromised my emails and computer and recorded me "being a pervert" LOL I have had these come and go but now getting a lot all of a sudden. ( I know they are fake but still annoying, I never use anything but an email alias and don't even have a web cam on pc. ) an example: iknow45@5698.com then another iknow56@4980.com and so on and on...and on. Can I filter to ignore/block any with the charactors "iknow" * @ *.com some how? I can of course do that in my inbox spam filter but then I am forced to download them all before those filters can help and I prefer they just vanish at the start.
