Yeah, I said I cannot login to the cPanel Customer Portal with my account. I forgot my password, I don't recieve the pass-reset mail to my email...... UPDATE I somehow reset my password by going into my server and by creating a support ticket and clicking on the reset password button on the different login page the appears when giving access to cPanel, I recieved the mail and I reset my password!

Actually the case with @Arso Martinera is a bit different. When you're a website owner meaning you have a shared account, you most likely don't have a cPanel portal account and as such you'd need to use your providers portal. If that is inaccessible the provider would need to be contacted for further assistance. Thanks!

Maybe, they have a seperate cPanel Portal Account for no use, or maybe they own another server. Hope they can solve it using the link if they do. As, anyone can create a cPanel Portal Account.

Sounds like for some reason the email was rejected by gmail. I can confirm I do get them to my personal gmail as well. If you run into the issue again, I'd suggest opening a ticket so we can research the issue more in depth.

Thanks for the suggestion. But if I get stuck out of my account without my password, should create another account to create a support ticket?

You can open a ticket by emailing cs@cpanel.net which would be the proper location to open a ticket for the Customer Portal.
