UPDATE I somehow reset my password by going into my server and by creating a support ticket and clicking on the reset password button on the different login page the appears when giving access to cPanel, I recieved the mail and I reset my password! 0 -

Actually the case with @Arso Martinera is a bit different. When you're a website owner meaning you have a shared account, you most likely don't have a cPanel portal account and as such you'd need to use your providers portal. If that is inaccessible the provider would need to be contacted for further assistance. Thanks! 0 -
Go to this link and click on "Forgot Password", the link is cPanel - Sign In Hope this helps! Thanks 0 -

Maybe, they have a seperate cPanel Portal Account for no use, or maybe they own another server. Hope they can solve it using the link if they do. As, anyone can create a cPanel Portal Account.0 -

And, I want to say that please fix the normal login pass reset, as it doesn't send the email to me. Please. It might've been a bug. To Remember, the link is0 -

Now I recieve it, till now I didn't. Previously I also checked my spam folder. What was the problem then, I do not understand now. I also requested pass reset before I requested it from the link I gave, I wasn't working!!!:confused::confused:0 -
Sounds like for some reason the email was rejected by gmail. I can confirm I do get them to my personal gmail as well. If you run into the issue again, I'd suggest opening a ticket so we can research the issue more in depth. 0 -
Thanks for the suggestion. But if I get stuck out of my account without my password, should create another account to create a support ticket? You can open a ticket by emailing cs@cpanel.net which would be the proper location to open a ticket for the Customer Portal.0 -
